Harrods Annual Bear 2015 Charles Clay. Charles Clay was the band leader of Harrods Royal Red Band at The Georgian - an art deco ballroom-cum-restaurant  in Harrods He would conduct an ensemble and esteemed singers would occasionally take to the stage. In 1920, Clay even composed a piece called 'The Georgian Valse' which was played in the restaurant.
He wears his blue and gold  conductors jacket and has jointed legs so that he can stand. He has a lovely, light,  soft plush fur and is 40cm tall standing, 28cm tall sitting and from arm to arm 18cm wide. He has only been displayed in a cabinet and is in very good condition.
