Steiff Harrods 2008 Christmas Bear Oscar - 663055 is a very similar design to the Harrods 2008 Christmas Bear but is made by Steiff, a limited edition 716/500 and has a working growler when you move him and a video to see of him growling. He has also had his right paw signed by Johan Steiff the grandson of Margaret Steiff.  
He has only been stored and is in as new condition. He has a box but no certificate but his white label in his ear confirms his limited edition details.
